Consulting engineering firm Remington & Vernick Engineers (RVE) has been associated with the Board for three quarters of its existence. J.C. Remington, who founded the New Jersey based firm in 1901, served on the State board from its founding in 1921 until he passed away, 30 years later in 1951. Current RVE Chairman Edward Vernick was appointed to the Board in1997 and continues to serve as an active Board member.
